How I work

Therapy has the power to change your life because it fundamentally helps you understand more about your relationship with yourself.

This is not about me, it’s about you - I am here to help you on your journey.

The concept of ‘know thyself’ becomes increasingly important when life becomes challenging. Being curious about this concept will support your therapeutic journey. As we work to understand meanings behind your unconscious patterns and how your inner world translates to your outer world, having someone to help with this process is key to embracing change and gaining confidence in ‘self’. If you are struggling with low self esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, or simply need someone to talk to about life’s challenges then I am here to help.

Face to face appointments take place in my theraputic space in (sunny) Worthing allowing for private and confidential sessions.
